For a fixed monthly fee, clients receive unlimited phone, email, remote and onsite support, as well as proactive maintenance and continual monitoring. The Support Agreements ensure that clients receive a very high level of service, and that their systems are being continually monitored to allow potential problems to be identified so that system downtime can be avoided.

A Help Desk has been established and is dedicated to providing timely remote support to clients on Support Agreements. This often means that minor issues can be resolved immediately. Regular proactive maintenance and onsite visits from qualified IT Consultants is also included, to ensure that we can continue to build rapport and work more closely with clients.

As part of the Support Agreements, Coffs Coast Computers has a Managed Services Platform which allows for better management of client networks. The platform allows our help desk and network engineers to provide timely remote support. The system also allows full auditing and remote monitoring of clients sites, a Backup solution, an Antivirus & Antispam solution, and many more features. The Managed Services Platform is included in the monthly Support Agreement fee, which means clients no longer have to pay separate yearly renewals for Antivirus, Antispam or backup software.

Coffs Coast Computers also provide sales and service of second-hand Commander Phone systems for small business and corporate clients.

Coffs Coast Computers can provide a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution for domestic and corporate clients. VoIP is a new technology that allows clients to save on phone costs by using their broadband connection to place phone calls. Coffs Coast Computers can install VoIP adapters for any pre existing phone system so that they will accept a VoIP phone line as if it were a standard analogue line, without the need for upgrading to a new system.
